Description
A Class Yearbook is exactly the end-of-the-year collaborative activity you are looking for.
During those weeks between the end of state testing and the end of the year is a hard time to fill with meaningful instruction because of all the changes to the daily schedule, field trips, and student assemblies.
This is what you need!
An end-of-year activity that is fun and engaging for the students. It is perfect for those odd blocks of time in the last month or so of school. This class yearbook is a collaborative classroom project that has small groups of students working together to complete various parts and then all projects are combined for a finished project. There are enough parts that every child can be involved.
There are TWO parts.
A section for groups to work on completing together, AND an individual page for each student to work on the top half, but still leave room for class compliments and messages.
This is a keepsake that the students will appreciate for longer than their walk to the bus that last day of school.
